We Need an Education Bill of Rights

Commission Headquarters will act as a back office supporting remote networks of field Commissioners and Offices. The Commission will also form and manage Alliance Chapters.

The devil will be in the details, as to how:

States adapt the proposed Reforms; enact the Education Bill of Rights laws; form and structure the Citizen Board, Commission, and Alliance; establish engaging Relationships with Schools.

Comprehensive planning materials, and a team of experts, will be available to assist in preparing legislation; forming and structuring the Commission and Alliance; and, promoting and securing the active support of the public.

The process will take about 100 days and will not disrupt schools.
