Classrooms, and school activities, will be routinely monitored for compliance.

Merit-based, incentivized compensation will be used to attract and retain the best teachers. Tenure will no longer be recognized. Excellence In Education will encourage schools to be competitive; innovate; and, reward success.

The Department (or Board) of Education; and, district Superintendents, will be replaced by, the: Citizen Education Board; and, district Commissioners.

To provide insight on the degree of corruption, and partisanship, of School Boards (including the D.O.E. / B.O.E.), you only need to remember that the National School Boards Association colluded with the administration to censor parents and have them investigated by the FBI for prosecution as Domestic Terrorists.
